Clear expectations,
thoughtful care.
Please review these current studio policies before booking or purchasing. Mindbody may show additional transaction-specific terms at checkout.
Appointments, cancellations & late arrivals
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee; review the current amount and conditions shown in Mindbody when booking. If you are running late, call or text (727) 335-3168. A late arrival may shorten the session so the next client is not delayed.
Memberships
The current membership information describes monthly billing, a 12-month session rollover, and cancellation with 30 days’ notice; a formal pause option is not currently listed. Your specific plan, renewal, billing, and cancellation terms are presented in the Mindbody agreement at enrollment and control your purchase.
Series packages
Series are currently listed as valid for one year. Current published terms say a series is non-refundable after its first session is redeemed and remaining sessions may be gifted to a friend or family member. Confirm the exact package terms at purchase.
Gift cards
Current studio information describes gift-card purchases as non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Review the gift-card terms, including any expiration or redemption conditions, at checkout before purchase.
Health information & session comfort
Please share relevant health information and let your therapist know about your goals, boundaries, pressure preferences, or discomfort. Massage is adapted to your feedback. Massage therapy is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a physician or other qualified health professional.
