Therapist-selected rituals
Complimentary enhancements selected to complement your session goals. They are part of the experience at no additional cost.
Cupping therapy
A therapist places cups on the skin to create suction, adding a distinct, focused sensation to your session. Temporary circular marks can occur. Let your therapist know about skin sensitivity, medications, or health concerns before including cupping.
Hot stone
Warm stones add a soothing layer of heat and a different sensory feel to your massage. Tell your therapist if you are sensitive to heat so they can adjust or skip it.
Aromatherapy
An optional scent adds an aromatic element to the room or session. Tell your therapist about allergies, asthma, fragrance sensitivity, or scent preferences; you can always choose an unscented session.
Gua Sha
A smooth tool is glided across the skin with lubricant, adding focused pressure and a scraping sensation to a selected area. Temporary redness can occur. Share any skin sensitivity, medications, or health concerns with your therapist first.
Hot towels
A warm towel adds localized warmth and softness, often as a comforting transition during or at the end of a session. Let your therapist know if you prefer less heat.
